The fees is adjusted in accordance with the annual inflation and is subject to the approval of the Education Bureau.
For families in need, they can apply for fee assistance under the ‘Kindergarten and Child Care Centre Fee Remission Scheme’ through the Student Finance Office.

2024-2025 Nursery Class (K1) Admission Application

Application Method

	Children hold a valid birth certificate are eligible to apply.

	Collection of application form: Application form can be collected throughout the year (except school holidays and public holidays)
	How to submit: Please bring along the following documents to hand in your application at the school in person: filled application form with a recent photo of the applicant attached, two sufficiently stamped self-addressed envelopes, and the applicant’s birth certificate (original and copy)
	‘A notification letter of queueing for admission’ will be issued to every application. Please keep it safe. Parents should quote the file number for any further enquiries made to the school.
	Please inform the school in writing if you decide to stop queueing for admission.

Application for ‘2024/25 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission’

In line with Education Bureau’s Kindergarten Education Scheme, the ‘Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission’ will be used as the K1’s registration document of 2024/25 school year.

Parents must apply the ‘2024/25 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission’(listed below as ‘2024/25 Registration Certificate’) for their children during the period of September to November 2023. ‘2024/25 Registration Certification’ will start receiving application in September this year. The Education Bureau will announce application details and upload them in their website (www.edb.gov.hk) in due course.

Admission Mechanism

	Interview arrangement: ‘A notification letter of wait listing for admission’ will be issued to the parent once the application is received. Further interview arrangement will be notified by post to the parent.
	Based on the queuing sequence of their application, the school will inform all applicants by post regarding the interview date and time.
	Interviews for K1 (Nursery Class) will be arranged in November 2023.
	Interview will be conducted on Group / individual basis.
	Parents must accompany their children for the interview.

Admission Guidelines

	Application will be arranged on a first-come-first-serve basis.
	Priority will be given to applications who have siblings currently studying at our school.
	Priority will be given to cases with social needs and referred by registered social workers.
	Priority will be given to applicants who are now taking nursery or day crèche service at Tung Wah Group of Hospitals.

Arrangement for admission application of non-Chinese Speaking (NCS)Children

To supporting NCS children (notably students of diverse races) to learn Chinese language, build up their motivations and interests in learning, and integration into the community.

When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary; or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/ friend to facilitate communication.

Result Announcement and Arrangement

The school will notify the admission result to the parents by phone and by post before December 15, 2023.

Registration Arrangement

	Successful applicants: Parents have to come to school to register for their children during the specified time of the centralized registration dates (January 4-6, 2024), and submit the original ‘2024/25 Registration Certificate’with the registration fee ($1570).
	Students on the waiting list: If the school still have seats after the centralized registration dates, parents must come to the school for registration according to the specified date provided by the school. They must hand in the ‘2024/25 Registration Certificate’and the registration fee ($1570).
	Special attention to parents: If parents cannot provide the registration certificate on the registration date, the school may not be able to complete the registration procedures for their children. Therefore, parents are reminded to apply to the Education Bureau for the relevant registration certificate within the designated period.
	The registration fee for the school year of 2024/25 is $1570. After the students start the school year, the school will deduct the tuition fee of September and refund the remaining amount to the parents. If a parent decides to withdraw from the school after registration, please notify the school in writing. We will return the registration certificate to the parent (applicable to K1-K3) and we will not keep the place for the child. The registration fee will not be refunded.
